Beth El Temple proudly stands as a cornerstone of faith and community in Harrisburg, marking a remarkable century of impactful service and a lifetime of connections.
To commemorate this milestone, a year-long celebration will commence with a dynamic Kickoff Carnival in August 2025. This lively event will feature various activities, entertainment, and opportunities for fellowship, which will set the stage for the upcoming year.
The leadership team has organized a range of events throughout the year to honor the synagogue’s rich history while strengthening community connections. These gatherings are designed to inspire and involve the next generation, ensuring that our legacy remains vibrant and connected.
The celebration will culminate in a spectacular Centennial Celebration in May 2026, promising an unforgettable experience filled with meaningful reflections, heartfelt gratitude, and a vision for the future. All are invited—current members, former congregants, and friends—to participate in this historic celebration, recognizing a century of community, faith, and unity. Together, we will celebrate our past and look forward to a bright future!
In tandem with our centennial, we are excited to announce Beth El Temple’s 100th Anniversary Campaign. Beth El Temple will focus on essential projects that will help us secure our future and continue to thrive for the next 100 years.
The 100th Anniversary Campaign invites all of us to invest in our community, to preserve our heritage, and to sustain a sacred institution that is whole for future generations.
