Interfaith Work

Interfaith activities are an important part of Beth El Temple.

We welcome interfaith families at our synagogue, as well as those who are just curious about Judaism (there’s no pressure to join or convert).

We frequently have guest speakers from other religious traditions or do joint programs (for example, via the Gesher Religious School) with other local religious groups.

We also host large community-wide programs, including a Martin Luther King Jr. Day commemoration every winter and an award-winning Freedom Seder every spring, where we join with local churches, mosques, and other religious institutions to learn and socialize together.
