Shabbat Morning Services: Repro Shabbat

Services are led by Rabbi Capptauber and held in person at the synagogue, and are also available on our Live Streaming page. Everyone is welcome!

This week we will mark “Repro Shabbat”, a program sponsored through the National Council of Jewish Women that is being hosted around the country to honor reproductive rights in Judaism. There will be a special D’var Torah and resources for further engagement. We will explore Parashat Mishpatim, the Torah portion containing the biblical text most often cited in the debate over reproductive rights. All stories and perspectives are welcome in our discussion.

A kiddush luncheon and discussion follows the service.
